Our vet in Inverness, Culloden Vets have it on their page and I think on their board, others I'll check on. We get loads of tourists from abroad and England up here, hopefully someone might spot in Tesco's etc, it's still on the board in Sainsburys Nairn. I'm heading down the A9 .. M6 .. M1 shortly and like my Costa breaks, will stick one up wherever I stop ... I know its not the best of places, but everyone needs the loo when travelling, maybe ladies could do there bit behind the doors and we do ours ... get's attention?

I've asked that we have a separate thread for Media ideas and posts on anything anyone may have done re media and online publicity. It will also give you a chance to see what we've done, too.

Did the person who did the Google map, sort out the problems ?
If one exists, can we have the link posted very prominently somewhere so that we refer to it quickly.

Hi everyone! Glad to see this page is to be used for suggestions etc. I've been worried that all the important posts have/would get swallowed up by well meaning people (including myself!) writing messages. I hope the posters into ice cream vans suggestion has been followed up .. I suggested it during the first few days that dear Kip went missing. If you contact the suppliers in the area I am sure they would tell you what depots there are that send vans out. Many of the sellers will have 'pitches' wher they sit for the day and then go off on rounds in the early evenings ..usually local estates etc. Also they will attend shows, car race tracks, country fairs .. any public event they can so would get info to a lot of people. A lot of ground could be covered this way especially if the icecream men/women take a pile of posters to give out with them. I found these suppliers but there are many more if you google them ... ... Mark Toney & Co Ltd .. 01912 661879. REA'S ICES 0191 286 0500 GB Event Ice Cream Ltd 01670 590033
Hope this helps .. assuming someone has approached local bus companies, taxi firms, railway stations, post offices, postmen, milkman.
Just one other suggestion .. don't know if there are dairy farms in your area but if so .. they have milk collected daily usually early in the day .. might be worth asking them to look out for Kip on their rounds. So hoping that Kip is ok and out there somewhere waiting for his mum to find him.
Just to keep everyones spirits up ... ... As a helper I helped a local chap whose Jack Russel Nipper (37398) went missing in February .. absolutely no positive sightings until 3 wks l8r & then 3 & half wks later turned up in his owners kitchen after being shoved under (?) locked gate! He had obviously been fed altho but needed a bath as he smelt smokey! We think someone had him and that the owner had actually spoken to someone who had him/knew where he was and got him back to his house... had to be someone who found out/knew his address as it was not on the posters .. so just talking to people & spreading the news can work miracles!
Hopefully if someone has Kip they will find a way of returning him .. very important that there is a way they could do this without being afraid of the consequences. I know this has been discussed before so maybe a mention of a place (along with reward?) on the poster would be helpful.
Keeping everything crossed as always.. pleeease come home Kip!

Regarding the media we have a article going in the evening gazette that covers northumberland on Saturday and regarding ice cream vans we have contacted them,we also have contacted the local dairys who pick up milk in the mornings .
We are following up leads from a medium who assures us that kip is alive but we are following up leads and will post when we have definite info
We are also intending to ask people if any one can poster the amble arts fayre this weekend
I have received over 500 phone call in response to Kip going missing and am amazed by the response,
WE WILL GET THIS LAD HOME
