Ok Mo we will get there. When you logged on to pay pal you should have chosen send money from the menu across the top. This should bring up the following
Send Money
You can pay for goods and services or send money to friends and family
Then there is a box asking you for the e-mail address to pay to ignore this and the amount and curreny box. The underneath that should be the two options Purchase Personal, click personal (don't change anything else and you should be there. If you do not have the option for personal you can use this page but as you said you will get charged.

weve got 3 vizslas and a staffie cross patterdale. its the little vizsla whos 6 that decided to run. little tinker. my husband also found 2 white huskies roaming the streets 3 weeks ago so he fetched them home incase they got run over as it was beside a busy road. informed the police and dog warden. they were reunited with there owner that night. so it is quite possible the same has happened to kip. and the person is not aware ogf the huge search thats going on. hope he comes home safe and well.

kip might of geting a smell of a bitch in season when he has run off. dogs do silly things when they no a bitch is in heat. Kip is neutured so this would be unlikely. I think the car boot idea is fantastic; a great opportunity to display lots of Kip's posters and make the public aware of his disapearance. Have to disagree re neutured, made little change to my ESS, Kip however may be different ...

Wispa isn't so much worried by the scent of another dog being around as inclined to get involved with the dog for good or ill. Some she wants to play with but others she wants to flatten. It was Marny who found the horse, she is from the kind family whose caravan we were staying in. The guy who collected it was very grateful. He is up there every day tending horses and will watch out for Kip.
