You will have all heard the really sad news. Heartbreaking. But thank you all for your hard work.
I will notify all the local media that we have dealt with.

I have removed all the 'Tweet bomb' posts from the local DogLost FB pages. One or two had comments on. Sorry, but I'm sure you'll understand why I deleted the posts.

Just a thought, with everyone so sad. Has anyone thought to contact Jon Monks, or anyone else who will be expecting us today? I contacted Alison from Our Dogs to update her,as she had been kind enough to mention him in the paper. I think it is good manners to let anyone who has been good enough to show an interest know what has happened.

I've just been reading Kips doglost page ....someone has mentioned about donations on there ...Taken from Doglost "I noted you were asking re donations in Kip;s memory. The PayPal account is still open for Kip and at some stage in the coming days I expect Sylvia will start to think about where these funds are distributed. I set up the account and have been overseeing it on her behalf, but Sylvia will make the choices as to how this wonderful fund is passed out in memory of a truly incredible spaniel. If you wish to add to it, the email address for donations is: kipmissing@gmail.com however there are threads on here (on Doglost) relating to direct donations also if you prefer."
.... do you think sometime soon someone could post something along these lines on his facebook page? or can you message Sylvia and ask her if this could be done??, it would be so lovely for Kip to leave a lasting legacy to other dogs that need help xxx

Is he a local reporter ?

Thanks, cockerdoodledoo. Good point. I've just posted a link on Kip's page to NESSR's donation's page. I suspect that anything donated to NESSR in Kip's memory will probably be combined with the 'reward' fund set up. It's bound to be SS-related, so let's wait until Sylvia feels able to turn her attention to this. .... do you think sometime soon someone could post something along these lines on his facebook page? or can you message Sylvia and ask her if this could be done??, it would be so lovely for Kip to leave a lasting legacy to other dogs that need help xxx
